About Coastal Beach Weddings

With extensive event planning experience, our staff is
dedicated to making your beach wedding experience meet
your greatest expectations.

Owner, Mary Carol Vickery, is a Certified Wedding Planner with designation from the Association of Certified Professional Wedding Consultants. She is also a sustaining member of the Junior League and past Outstanding Young Woman of
Panama City.

Beach Wedding Planners

Co-owner, Rebekkah Heaton, is a Certified Program Planner with designation from the Learning Resource Network. In addition to working with Coastal Beach Weddings, Rebekkah is a Program Coordinator and Event Planner with Gulf Coast Community College. She is also a member of the Junior Woman's Club of Panama City.

Kym Hart is the newest member of the CBW team. Kym brings a wealth of experience to your wedding day. With fifteen years experience as Manager/General Manager of the Olive Garden and Ruby Tuesday, Kym is meticulous and upbeat. Kym has also worked as a Community Representative for the Northwest Florida American Cancer Society planning various Relay for Life Events. She is also past president of the Junior Woman's Club.

We specialize in beautiful beach locations that will create a dazzling wedding day for you and yours. Our experience in living at Grayton Beach for more than fifteen years gives us an advantage in knowing tide and surf conditions, and the most brilliant sunsets of the year.
