In order to be married in the State of Florida, you must purchase your license in the State of Florida.

The license can only be obtained at a courthouse in the State of Florida
There is no waiting period for out of state residents.
A marriage license must be obtained at any County Courthouse in Florida. No blood test or physical; both parties must be 18 years of age or older and must be present with proper
identification to sign the license.
The license cost is $86 and payable in cash or credit card to the Courthouse where license obtained.
Regardless of where license obtained, the ceremony can be performed anywhere in Florida.
Marriage license must be presented to Officiate prior to the start of the ceremony.
Legal filing of the marriage license is provided by Coastal Beach Weddings as part of your service and is legally required by Florida statute.
